Danielle Parker has been a teacher for 12 years. She graduated from Olivet Nazarene University with a Bachelor of Science in Education and received a Master’s in Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis in Educational Leadership from St. Xavier University. Danielle spent her first 3 years in the classroom teaching First Grade at Monee Elementary in Monee, IL. She came to West Elementary in the fall of 2014 and spent the next 6 years teaching Fifth Grade before moving to Third Grade, where she just finished her 3^rd year. Mrs. Parker has currently been pursuing extra training in Early Literacy and will be co-presenting at the University of Wyoming’s Embracing Literacy Conference, this summer. Congratulations on being selected PCSD #1 Teacher of the Year!
