SMART Start Initial Survey

Platte County School District #1 would like to collect all stakeholder input on the SMART Start Plan for this fall. We have it roughed in but would like to make some adjustments based on your feedback and input. This survey is designed to collect specific information from various stakeholders. We would like to have as much input as possible from parents, guardians, staff, students, and community members. Please click on the link below and provide your input. If you have multiple stakeholder groups (for example, I am a staff member and a parent) you will need to make two submissions of the survey.
