Principal Profile
Tracy de Ryk
October is National Principal Month and we wanted to take a moment to profile one of our Administrative Cabinet Members.
Mrs. Tracy de Ryk is the Director of Peak High School, our alternative high school for the district. She embodies the true meaning of serving others as she provides support for many of the needs throughout the district. Her vision for Peak High School is to allow her students to be successful in that environment. Mrs. de Ryk’s ability to reach the individual needs of our students through creative measures positively impacts our students.
Tracy and her husband, Will, have two daughters that are both in Wheatland. Jessica is a classroom teacher at Libbey Elementary and Natalie works at the Hospital. Tracy and Will also enjoy spending time with their 4 grandchildren in their free time. Tracy is truly committed to her family and enjoys doing whatever she can to make them successful. This desire flows over to her job as well.
“Mrs. de Ryk puts in the hard work needed to ensure the success of her students. It is obvious that she is truly invested in seeing her students and staff grow as individuals and overcome any obstacles set before them. We are incredibly fortunate to have her on our administrative team.” Travis Witt School Board Clerk
Thank you Mrs. de Ryk for your steadfast leadership and support of #onePlatte1. Go Dragons!
