PCSD#1 Seeking Real Estate Firm Proposals

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

Platte County School Dist. #1, Wheatland Wyoming, is accepting requests for proposals for a real estate firm to aid in the sale of the Old Chugwater Elementary School Building.  The proposal price shall exclude any applicable sales tax and include a fee for all services provided in the sale of a building. 

Proposals will be accepted until 10:00 a.m. Friday, February 26, 2021.   At which time they will be opened. All proposals will be taken under consideration at the regular school board meeting on March 8, 2021 and approved by the Board of Trustees.

Sealed proposals shall be marked “Chugwater ES Sale” and delivered or mailed to the Central Business Office at 1350 Oak St. Wheatland, WY  82201.

Platte County School Dist. #1 reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to waive any irregularities or informalities in the proposal process. Platte County School Dist. #1 will accept the proposal it deems in the best interest of the school district.
