Glendo Students Win Sweepstakes Award sponsored by Cheyenne East

Congratulations to  Ryder and Braydin who won the sweepstakes award at the Holiday Classic Speech and Debate tournament sponsored by Cheyenne East!

The meet consisted of two parts– the recorded (or asynchronous) meet plus the Zoom (live) meet.  The Asynch meet included schools from all over the country and the Live meet included Wyoming schools.

In the Asynch meet, Ryder won 5th in poetry and the duet of Ryder and Braydin won 3rd in duet. (Novice)

In the Live meet, Ryder won 6th in poetry and the duet won 2nd. (Novice)

The team won the Sweepstakes or All-around award for 1A/2A schools (Varsity and Novice points combined.).
